He was very understanding and fair he didnt put the blame on me as being a tenant but also it was shared with the owner of not having any service in the house and mini mini mini years also he found corner openings on the outside all around the house and underneath the house so I was very satisfied with the service
Great service! Over 10 years we've used them from rodent removal, termites, spiders and a beehive. Always friendly and professional. Explain well and do thorough work. The 1st time they came out, the roof fan housing got bent & fan was LOUD. They replaced it immediately without a hassle. Great customer service tells you a lot about the biz, along with the techs who seem happy to work there.

To begin, this company charged me the full amount of rat extermination up front as soon as they gave me a quote (contract, they called it). Not the usual practice for a reputable business. The service was terrible. I pointed to the ceiling where rat noises were heard. They cut a 6"x8" rectangle in a nearby wall and put in a small trap. No rats were caught!
