Professional, courteous, effective so far, prompt service, called afterwards to make sure all was okay, simple and fair contract options.
Arrived on site at appointment time. Very knowledgeable about bee behavior. Explained my options. Followed his advice and bees are gone after only one day. Would definitely call them again when I need help.
