We just had our house sprayed today, so I can’t speak to the effect of the pesticides just yet, but we really enjoyed having Richard as our technician. He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave his honest opinion on how he would use it in and out of the house given that we have a baby. We watched him perform the whole service, and he was very thorough, even finding the source of gnats in our garage though getting rid of gnats was not a guaranteed service under our contract. Excellent, professional service for wasp removal! They were not the cheapest quote, so initially I went with another provider, but one week later, I contacted Pro Pacific again to come and finish the job as I still had lingering wasps. Mr. Lopez from the Pro Pacific Pest Control contacted us regarding the dissatisfaction surrounding our Bee and Roach treatment. He appeared to be reasonable and cooperative in trying to resolve our dispute. We have no complaint about this company at this point since they made a reasonable effort to resolve our issue. We came to an agreement easily and the issue has been resolved. we wish this company all the best and hope they do well for years to come.
I want to make a complaint about this company . I called them to treat my bee infestation as well as my roach problem . They came in and treated one bee nest in my storage area and removed it but not the other one on the side of the house in the alley in my property . The technician told us we won’t see the bees for at least a year after this treatment. They also treated my roach problem. Our bee extermination services generally only receive a 30 day warranty --- provided, that is, that they are less than a week old and honeycomb has not been established.
