Joaquin came to my house for an emergent gopher call I placed yesterday. He called and left a message to say he was on his way but I was not able to get the message because I was in a meeting. He also sent me a text, which is much easier to see when in a meeting. Upon arrival he knocked on the door before proceeding to go to the problem area.
