I love them I'm always satisfied and the mother is so sweet�
They disrespectful to customers. And my feet are horrible. They didnt even file my toe nails. Also they refused to do my nails. And took 3 ppl in front of me. I will be reporting them to VADPOR. It stinks in there and they smoke 30 cigarettes standing at the door.
I love this place so much this is the only place I will ever go! They always get my nails to exactly what I want! I don’t like any other nail place! Every time I ask them to fix a nail if it’s messed up they do it right away! You know people have bad days you can’t blame someone for being upset! I bet every one of you people that have complained have had bad days! Pro nails is the best spot in poplar bluff!!
Under NEW owner, I have had Angel do my nails for 2yrs, my 5yr old daughter and I have only Angel touch our nails. She is so good to us, she knows how to take care of her guest, if there’s a problem she will fix it without a problem. She listens to your needs, we are picky and want our nails to look perfect, she is the answer to get it done, I promise! I’m proud of her hard work and commitment!

Customer Service was top notch!! As an out of towner, I was a walk in appointment for a pedicure. From the moment I walked in, the staff - including the owner, Andy - were super kind, knowledgeable and professional. The spa was very clean and relaxing & my pedicure was AMAZING with a great massage. I will definitely be making the trip back. Highly recommend!!
