I had been going there for years, but the last few times they have messed up my nails. I had very long pretty REAL nails so I let them do sns on my real nails and the lady didn’t even get all the old acrylic off my real nails before doing them they were terrible and now all my nails have broke. I’m so upset. I will not be going back
I went in tonight to get my nails done for my wedding along with 5 other girls. We all got acrylics/gel nails and a pedicure. The lady did a good job on my toenail polish after she refused to scrub my heels good. Then while working on my fingernails, I bumped my toe into something and smudged it. I asked the second lady if she could fix it and she did. Went in Saturday to have my nails done in gel full set. Lady didn’t even look at me the whole time. Was rough on my nails. I had a little sore on the side of my fingernail from picking at it and she was so rough with them I pulled my hand back in pain twice. Then laughed and said “sorry I have a sore on that finger.” (Still did not look up at me). When I was done I left her a little extra money because I’m a nice person and she said thank you. If I could give zero stars I would 100%. First of all the price is outrageous. A full set with shellac for $45? $15 extra if I wanted to add chrome? Lol! No. Second of all my nails are SO short when I specifically asked for longer nails. Third, I have glue ALL OVER MY FINGERS! Fourth, the woman legitimately hurt my fingers and sprayed my nails with alcohol right after which has now irritated my fingers. Fifth, THEY'RE NOT EVEN DRY!!!!!! I have no words for how unbelievably angry I am.
