Our wait was about 30 minutes, which I know they're usually busy. That's okay. Went back to get my nails done the lady kept nudging my wet nails mind rolled her eyes like it was my fault. Then when I walked out 4/10 of my nails were messed up.
Pro Nails is the only place in Poplar Bluff I will go to get my nails done. They are the best.
They were alright.. I went in with apt n had to wait close to 30 min which it was packed when I got there then finally got to sit at the design table and he was done within 45 min which I thought was great just cuz I had to hurry and get to my wedding rehearsal. Well that night I was noticing that nails are uneven and has flops everywhere and nit even civil wrong NY nail in places. They are amazing artists and so kind. It was super busy the day we went, but that can't be helped when you have such a wonderful place. The prices were fair and the nails still haven't come off (it's been almost 2 months) granted I haven't tried to take them off.
Wife's review... It was my 2nd visit to this salon. 1st time was a very nice experience and was happy with my nail results. This 2nd time, I had asked for a coffin nail shape and polish with a certain simple nail art. A Hamsa hand to be exact. The nail artist on table #12 said she couldn't do either requests. The shape, because my nail was too short. And the design, because it looked too hard. I'm sorry but I counted 7 nail artists in the salon and NONE could do what I asked or wouldn't even attempt.
