I went in tonight to get my nails done for my wedding along with 5 other girls. We all got acrylics/gel nails and a pedicure. The lady did a good job on my toenail polish after she refused to scrub my heels good. Then while working on my fingernails, I bumped my toe into something and smudged it. I asked the second lady if she could fix it and she did. Went in Saturday to have my nails done in gel full set. Lady didn’t even look at me the whole time. Was rough on my nails. I had a little sore on the side of my fingernail from picking at it and she was so rough with them I pulled my hand back in pain twice. Then laughed and said “sorry I have a sore on that finger.” (Still did not look up at me). When I was done I left her a little extra money because I’m a nice person and she said thank you. I have been in this establishment several times and the last two times they were rude as could be. Today was my last straw!!!! I have gotten my nails done at several shops over the past 15 years and never got treated and talked to like that!!! I’m the customer and what I want is what I’m paying for!!!
I love this place so much this is the only place I will ever go! They always get my nails to exactly what I want! I don’t like any other nail place! Every time I ask them to fix a nail if it’s messed up they do it right away! You know people have bad days you can’t blame someone for being upset! I bet every one of you people that have complained have had bad days! Pro nails is the best spot in poplar bluff!!
Went to Pro Nails today. Always enjoy going there. Like the work they do, they’re always friendly. I’ve been a customer there for several years and I’ve always been satisfied.😊😊😊😊
