I hired Pro-Mow to do a fall cleanup because I have a lot of leaves. They came once before hardly any leaves had fallen, absolutely destroyed my lawn because it was too wet to mow, broke some garden decorations that were nowhere near where they should have been working, and then told me they would not come again to pick up the mountains of leaves that fell subsequently. Had a representative out to our house 3 weeks ago to measure and get all the details for quoting a job. Still have not heard one word back from them. Why waste your time and money sending people out to quote jobs if you don't plan on actually quoting them??

I really had high hopes that we'd finally found a company that could help us with our yard project this year. Matt came out and was very personable, knowledgeable and attentive. We really wanted to get going on our project early this year, because we were unable to get a company to actually respond last year.
