I'm not really one for leaving reviews, but good honest work deserves praise. Had some dings on my vehicle. I was referred here by multiple body shops. Process was clear and concise. No hiccups or issues, price was very fair. The work was beyond expectation, they even took the time to give it a light detail before I arrived to pick it up. Would highly recommend before going full body/paint, and spiking your insurance rates with a claim.
I backed my car into a tree and hit the very top lip of my trunk by my tail lights. I never thought that Will would be able to get this out. They were able to get that place out of my trunk just as smooth and as nice as it could be. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating on staying late to get keys and for me to pick up my car. I totally totally would recommend these people. Great job on the car but even better customer service.
I would like to say thanks to Josh David, and I highly recommend Pro Dent Repair. I had a shopping cart hit my truck, and the door dings were driving me crazy! I had multiple quotes throughout Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. I can say all of the quotes were through the roof, one was nearly 950.00 I got the contact for Josh Davis at pro dent located behind the summit off of 280. I’ve used Pro Dent twice, both times on brand new vehicles that were roughed up from the dealership. Both times they did perfect repairs. They are friendly and professional. Most importantly, they handle your vehicle with care and understand that some of us are a little (a lot actually) crazy about how our vehicles are treated. I highly recommend their services. My only suggestion is that the next time you guys order BBQ in front of me, ask me if I want in on the goodness😂.
These guys are wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. My first experience was so positive I went back to them 3 weeks later when I had another issue.
I am not one to leave reviews, but Jason did such an exceptional job, I felt I should. He made my car look brand new after some numskull left a dent on my rear quarter panel in a parking lot. Completed it in 3 hours and at a price way better than a body shop. Love these guy!!!!
