I purchased my third bike over the weekend from Pro Caliber Vancouver with the help of Matt Reynolds. Matt was very good to us, and he made the experience smooth and painless. There are plenty of motorcycle dealers out there, but I will drive up from Salem anytime I need anything motorcycle related. These guys are the best around.
I bought a 2017 kx450 for a unheard of low price . Everyone was very helpful and friendly and I was out the door with my new bike in about 30 minutes. Well worth the 3 hour drive for me.
These people are the best! Craig Bladow even came in on his day off to help me. Karen Livingston took time to answer all my questions and show me everything that I needed to know about my Can-Am Spyder. I am a very happy customer. Thanks to Chris Hertz also for doing all the paperwork. If you are buying a bike check them out. I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if possible.
Just bought a 250 crf from pro caliber and couldn't be more grateful for the help I received from Mike! He continued to check on me while I waited loan procedures and I couldn't be more happy with the bike I brought home!
Not the type of place you want to spend your money.
Brought my 2014 V-Strom in for a factory recall part. John and the team hooked me up. Got me in and out first thing this morning. They were mass cool, were done in half the estimated time, and went above and beyond (adjusted my clutch cable and aired up my tires). Bike is running great and I will be back. Thanks!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection for what you need. Will be shopping there again.
I live in central Washington and I saw pro caliber at the snow show in pyuallup and saw a snowmobile I wanted. They had no intent to sell at the show, so they had me go online to fill out application which was really easy, got me approved and ready to go before I even was half way home. By the next day we were planning on where to drop it. Gordon low helped me through every step of the way and everyone of their employees are very helpful and awesome people.
