0 stars. Took my 2018 X3 in for a warranty repair, broken timing chain. They just pulled the valve cover then It sat around for 30+days. I was told that it would have the engine out and tore down this Wednesday to get pictures sent to can am to get the engine on it’s way. My wife called Thursday and they said it was tore apart. I came into pro Caliber to find a different brand comfort seat height bike after sat on a yamaha at yamaha store. A sale rep was there when I came in and show me 2 Honda bike. After 10 mins, I ask the sale rep what I want to pay for the bike and he went to the sales manager. It was sold just like that less than 15 mins walking in. Pro caliber pay for all the DMV included in pricing, they have the 2018 Honda cbr650f that I have only check out online which look beautiful with it update led white front light and rear led light.... read more
