I worked with Brian Baker over the course of a week trying to purchase a 2016 Honda Shadow Phantom. I have very poor credit, and yet he somehow managed to work some magic and get me a really great deal. All of the staff, but especially Mr. Baker, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He even gave me a lift to the bank when I realized I didn't have enough money on my card for the down payment. Unquestionably pristine customer service. Highly recommended! Although we we're there for several hours, we we're treated very well and personally. I picked up a Yamaha R3 and couldn't be happier with it. Mike and the rest of the team dealt with us with patience and excellent customer service that was better than any dealership I've been to yet. I purchased a Slingshot SL from Matt and Gordon this weekend (worked with Matt online before going to the store, Gordon helped me on the day of purchase). The process was super smooth, they were great about answering questions, and I left feeling great about the deal. I appreciated that I didn't feel they treated me any differently because I'm a woman - that's always a nice surprise when buying something that (stereotypically) is purchased by men.
