Got a gsxr 1000 today. I worked with Norm, he made it as easy as he could and remembered from the first time I was "looking". Overall I had a great time from start to finish.
Very inpressed, I call in looking for parts... they are super friendly they dont try to rush you off the phone, they take there time and make sure you are well taken care of and answer any question you may have. They did not have my parts i needed in stock... so they orderd them in for me and instead of just sending them out, They called me and confirmed my parts had made it in, also wanted to make sure my adress was 100% correct before they sent them off... The quality of a company is defined by the quality of its employees. One of its employees Ryan Smoak, is a poor example of a model employee professionally and personally. Ryan Smoak agreed to sell me a quad for an agreed price, then turned and sold it to someone else. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal excepts I live 200 miles away. I bought a new x3 can am and when I got it home the throttle stopped working and they won't let me return it and they won't look at it till the 16 th and then parts will take a week or so what a piece of crap this pile is and now I'm making a payment on a piece of shit I can't use
