Got a gsxr 1000 today. I worked with Norm, he made it as easy as he could and remembered from the first time I was "looking". Overall I had a great time from start to finish.

Very inpressed, I call in looking for parts... they are super friendly they dont try to rush you off the phone, they take there time and make sure you are well taken care of and answer any question you may have. They did not have my parts i needed in stock... so they orderd them in for me and instead of just sending them out, They called me and confirmed my parts had made it in, also wanted to make sure my adress was 100% correct before they sent them off... I WONT DO BUISNESS ELSEWHERE aslong as they keep up the way i have ... read more

I would just like to say thank you very much to Travis. I had put a bad review on here and probably should not have was just frustrated. But Travis went above and beyond to make sure that i was taken care of with my issue. Very happy man to see that are people that still do care about their customers. Thank you again Travis.

I just purchased a Can-Am RT from Pro Caliber Motorsports and in particular Mike McGuire, my specialist. Mike was outstanding ! He is very knowledgeable in the Can-Am product line. He is also professional and very personable.I would recommend Mike and Pro-Caliber to any friend looking for a bike. Mike continues to do the little things after the sale that makes me say, what a great place to do business. Thanks so much !!!!!!

The quality of a company is defined by the quality of its employees. One of its employees Ryan Smoak, is a poor example of a model employee professionally and personally. Ryan Smoak agreed to sell me a quad for an agreed price, then turned and sold it to someone else. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal excepts I live 200 miles away. I was over halfway there before he informed me it was sold. Worse, he blamed it on his wife, worse I gave him my phone number and he didn't even have the decency to call, worse I called his wor... read more
