Good choices at pro caliber
we purchased a motorcycle from Pro Caliber Vancouver location. They knowingly sold a motorcycle with a clutch problem. now that we've had it for a couple months and its continued to have clutch problems even after paying them to repair it they wont accept responsibility and correct their mistake. NOT a reputable company! Don't waste your money and get taken advantage of.
Overall I'm very happy with my experience. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, attentive and friendly. They also participate in the Costco buying program and give discounts to both military and former military personnel. I purchased an Indian Scout Bobber ABS and am very happy with it. Highly recommended! My thanks to Gordon Lowe and the other gentlemen I worked with!
We had been into the showroom numerous times and Richard always greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm for our desire to make a smart choice in motorcycle. All of the staff are highly knowledgable and eager to help you pick the right ride for your personal style, taste, and needs. Richard made our buying experience fast, insightful, and unique. He went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied with the bike we chose and walked us through the manual and bike before we even left the floor.
