Had some stuff installed here.... after paying a premium to remove the rear wheel they put it back and sent me down the road with a loose chain dragging on my swingarm.... I asked about this and was told they put it back as loose as it was and that for an additional 60 bucks they'd tighten it... (bike only has 400 miles on it and I check the chain before every ride) yeah... would not recommend.... completely incompetent & downright dangerous. not pleased. calling factory Honda tomorrow to complain about this dealer. Me and the wife were wanting to get back into water sports so we returned to procaliber and the guys gave us a awesome deal on 3 new jet skis, couldn’t be happier with this place and the customer service. Will always return to buy more toys A++++
