Bought a new razor 1000 4 seater and an extended warranty, BIG SCAM, had a faulty rear coil and it bent rear arms with only 10 min of riding, wouldn't cover it under warranty or the extended warranty and then they fix it on there own and wana charge me for it and charge me sales tax on top when am an Oregon resident and could've very easily went to Sk north west and didn't pay any taxes, there warranties are a BIG SCAM, buyer be aware

Wasn't too thrilled with the salesmen at the Longview store; first one told me I don't try hard enough to find the bike I want and the others ignored me. Also the selection of everything has dwindled drastically. At least the parts guys ad the cashiers are nice and willing to help!!
