This was a very pleasant sales experience that has turned into a nightmare in quality and customer service. They don't finish their jobs in a quality fashion and they ignore requests for repair even when there are safety issues present. I was told it would take month before they'd fix a gate that was defective due to faulty install methods (just screwing hardware directly into the aluminum gate, which cracked it) and that was almost two months ago...still no word. Unfortunately, we do not have a crew available just to handle repairs, and therefore, we try to schedule them when they are in the area installing a fence.. Your gate upright was installed in accordance with standard professional practices. I do not know why the gate upright cracked, as we have installed well over 1,000 gates, and we never once encountered that problem. However, it was replaced under warranty. Ed was so patient with me. After so many of my changes and delays I finally got the puppy fence of my dreams. We ran into a couple of issues which were quickly and graciously remedied. Myself and my five Yorkies are pleased as punch.

Excellent customer service. It started with the estimate. I had the written estimate the next day. Ed provided the diagram I needed for the building permit for the fence. He also was able to expedite the installation knowing I had to get the fence up for my dogs as soon as possible. They were able to modify their fence design to match the neighbor's fence that we abutted. The gentlemen installing the fence worked quickly and kept the work area tidied up. At first dogs were able to get under fence. They finally made that right but Now the gates are not right. They don't open and close property. This was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We are very disappointed.

This is the first time that I have heard about the gates not operating properly. Prizm Vinyl has no problem making gate adjustments, but we need to be notified. As to the issues with the fence, the customer wanted the fence to be 1" off the ground; however, the land slopes away from his house on the left side, so the top of the fence was not level. I did not hire them to install the fence, I installed it myself; however, they were very helpful when I had questions. The quote was reasonable and the service very good.
Once project got started it took a little longer than I expected but finished project was great. Neighbor said its the best fence in the neighborhood. I wanted the opening when gate is opened to 8.5 feet to be able to get boat in back yard but it is only about 7.5 feet. That's why 4 stars instead of 5 but hopefully when I get my boat it will still fit through the gate. Gonna be close.
Overall, a great experience installing our aluminum fence. We had to move one side due to some lot line issues (our fault) and they came out immediately to fix it. 2 years later, we had to have a part of the fence taken down for a back yard pool install, and we did have a little bit of a difficult time getting scheduled to get fence put back up. But overall, great company, high quality work.
They were great. Even did some things that were needed and I didn't even ask them too.
Ed was very informative about types of fencing. The workers he sent were great. Very polite and professional. I am VERY pleased with the fence. My dogs are in heaven now that they can run.
