After checking with several other contractors I called Prism and Ed called me back immediately. The work was completed and because I wanted a few changes I called Ed Sharpiro and to my surprise he came to my home and made the changes himself. Ed was so pleasant in my dealings on changes and I really appreciated that. I certainly would recommend his company to do any fence job.
Prizm Vinyl Corporation was wonderful to work with throughout our project. Response time to questions or issues that arose was always quick and the crew that tore out the old pieces and installed the vinyl pieces was A+

Ed Shipiro was very nice to work with. His crew broke 2 pipes to our pool, which they fixed right away. Problem is that I won't know if they are fixed until i open the pool in the spring. The fence looks beautiful and we are pleased with the quality.

That being said, Prizm Vinyl took responsibility and repaired the pipes. Very poor service and not installed correctly. Posts are not straight which leads to the stringer posts to fall out because of them being cut, but posts move and they fall out. Also, gates do not close or shut properly due to the posts being wrong. They never responded nor tried to remedy the work and pretty much just ignored my concerns. But that didn't stop them from trying to give me a final bill. After explaining that I will pay when the installation is complete, they never responded to me ever again. What a joke. Jason, I am not sure why you reviewed Prizm when your job has not been completed. We just received your deposit last week, and when we met I explained that our lead time was 4-5 weeks after receipt of the deposit. I spoke with you yesterday to tell you what our tentative schedule was going to be. As of today, Prizm has honored its commitments.
Overall very satisfied with the company. The fence installation was quick & well done. My only issue was they did not show up or call the day they were suppose to start, but they did come the next day. I would recommend Prizm to anyone looking for a quality vinyl fence.

Left message for someone to contact me about a fence and with in 5 minutes Ed called me back. Came over to my house the next day measured for the fence and had a price for me that very night. The guys who installed the fence did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.
