Great job fair price
The quality of the product itself is excellent. Ed is a nice man, but it seems like he is in way over his head because when it was discovered that the plans were not followed when installing my fence (encroaching four feet onto the adjacent property), there did not seem to be much urgency when dealing with the situation. Ed has been hard to get a hold of and the today is the day I was promised it would be moved (a Friday two days before the deadline of moving it), no one showed up. I was out of town visiting my grandchildren over the weekend, and I am sorry that Rob was not able to move the fence on Friday. As you know from building a house, construction is not perfect, and we ran into a job where every hole had to be jack hammered. That is delaying our entire schedule. Ordered replacement pieces. Never received, I complained and Prism employee (Ed) promptly drove them to our door - Grace Church at Willow Valley. Ed also provided good advice on repairs. Very helpful.
2 Years ago I had Prizm Vinal install a privacy fence around my back yard. The installers were great and the fence looked good. Recently I had a hinge break and the privacy fence is pulling apart. I contacted Ed twice and was told he would have his guys stop by. Ed also told me he would send me a new hinge. It has been two months now and I haven't seen either. After spending over 10,000 dollars I thought I should get better support than .........Nothing!

Hinge was replaced on July 29, and fence was repaired. Unfortunately, the timing was not what I planned, nor what Kevin expected, but Prizm Fence never ignores a fence problem.
