Ed sold a fence to be installed in 2-3 wks. Delays beyond control (weather, manufacturing, sick) pushed installation; I understood. Workers finally arrived and partially completed project, leaving it sit for 4 weeks with multiple promises to return but didn?t show up until I cancelled agreement and engaged SM to hire another contractor to complete. I am sorry that this customer did not feel that Prizm Vinyl served her well. The customer had a boulder wall that was on an angle on one side. The post was installed against the rock on the bottom of the wall. Due to the fact that the wall was not straight off the ground, there was a gap between the higher rocks and the fence post. Unfortunately that gap was large enough for her dogs to get through. In order to close the gap, a custom section with brackets had to be built. GREAT workers! Fence was put up exactly like they said. They are not afraid to work with you. Ed showed up at my house and measured, showed me the product and kept in touch the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone I know.

didnt show up or call on day scheduled for install, was supposed to come next day, again didnt show or call, came the third day and completed the same day, looks like a good job,workers were very nice as was the boss, expecting some kind of price break due to delays, doubt Ill get one though

Mr. Shipiro contacted me quickly and provided a bid that itemized all materials and listed labor charges. He worked with me to address some problem areas and made some very helpful suggestions. Working with Prizm to plan the fence was very easy. The crew that installed the fence was beyond outstanding. They worked steadily and did a beautiful job, offering suggestions and working magic around some problem spots. I would recommend Prizm for fence installation without hesitation.
