Ed delivers! He came almost immediately to provide estimate and showed samples of the fences. He was immediately responsive to a request to provide a new estimate. The installers were excellent--hard-working, very efficient, very pleasant. Ed followed up several times to make certain we were satisfied. I cannot recommend him enough and the fence is BEAUTIFUL! Could not be more pleased.
The project was completed within the time frame agreed upon. Working with Ed was a pleasant experience.
We have not yet completed the project, but Ed has been very easy to work with, he explains everything and is willing to do whatever we need. His price was way below the other 3 estimates, and we are going to be so very happy with the results. He had some great ideas that we did not even think of!

We can't say enough wonderful things about our fence! We had a great deal of trouble with our HOA, and Ed was so understanding and even offered to talk to them for us. It was 5 months between the time we got a quote from Prizm and getting our approval, and they honored our original quote (which was about $2,000 lower than any other quote we received!) Prism completed the job within a reasonable period of time with very good quality. I am satisfied with the their work..
the guys Rob and Brad did an awesome job. I couldn't ask for 2 better people than them. They did our fence to our expectation. it looks beautiful. I would hire Prizm Vinyl again if I ever need more fencing done.
