Ed is a true professional and very easy to deal with. He worked with us regarding a scheduling delay on our end. Fence was installed quickly once work started and looks beautiful. A little expensive, but I think the quality of the fence and installation justifies the cost.

they were very nice and provided a very good product
The fence looks great and it gives you piece of mind.
The installers could have been a little more with the program. They were fumbaling around not sure want that were doing at the time. We things should go etc.

Dave, I am sorry that you are unhappy. I made multiple trips to your home to provide you with the desired fence solution for your family. Your installation was exactly as described, and when there were a couple of parts that needed to be replaced due to scratches, we responded immediately. The rear gate did not fully open due to the asphalt which was not level in the back, but that issue was also taken care of with no objection. I am not really sure why this was your rating.
