I chose Prizm vinyl over others based on communication with Ed and reviews on Home Advisor. I was thankful I did! Ed was easy to work with and available to talk to when I needed him. Although I had the general idea of what I wanted, Ed helped me iron out the details and showed me several products in which to choose during the initial visit. The deal was made. We knew exactly what we wanted so it took all of 15 minutes to complete the deal. 2 week waiting period and it was done. Double 4' gates on one side and a single 4' gate on the other side. The yard looks so much bigger.

Very disappointed with this company. Hired for vinyl fence removal and replacement. Chose Prizm over 2 comparable companies due to the initial customer service provided. We were told the project would take a total of 2 days. Unfortunately, the process took over 7 days and was completed with shoddy workmanship. We were left with a gate that was not level, post caps missing, unattached sections to existing arbor, unfilled post holes, and dead grass where equipment and supplies were left. While we wish Prizm Vinyl was a perfect company, no company is perfect. However, Prizm Vinyl has never walked away from a job. This job was 243 lineal feet, which is in fact a 2 day installation as long as there are no weather or ground issues; however, there was a tear out and disposal of an existing fence, which is another day of labor. Ed at Prizm was great to work with. He came out to my property to give a detailed estimate and showed samples of the product. No other company that I received estimates from did this which is definitely something that I prefer. Prizm was also very price competitive and flexible with me. I needed trees removed prior to the fence being installed and Ed worked with me on the timing of everything. I love the security and privacy that my fence provides for my great grandchildren, my three puppies and myself. I also love the beauty it provides every time I look out my back door. I only wish I would have gotten it years ago. My puppies can now run free, so they love the fence as much as I do.

Very friendly and nice financing plans. There was times that I called and left messages, asking for them to return my call and let me know what time the installers would arrive and they didn't return my call. Also was told it would take one day but took 2 days and after day one, no on called to tell me why it was left incomplete on day #1.
