Quality of the material and installation on 6' lengths was why I chose Prizm. The installers were professional and sensitive to keeping the bottom close to the ground to prevent our pet from getting under the fence. Job well done.

Unfortunately, I have had 2 later occasions to try contacting them about a repair and also adding an additional hinge because the gate was sagging from an improperly hung gate. On both occasions with each being over a period of several months, my numerous phone calls and emails went unanswered for excessive and ridiculously long periods of time, and once I finally DID make contact I was promised that the 3rd hinge would be added and that a crew to repair the gate issue would be out within two weeks to complete the work. Unfortunately, Prizm Vinyl does not just have a crew available for minor repairs, and it is difficult to meet all of our customers' requests in a time frame that meets their requirements. We try to take care of these repairs when we have a crew who is working in the general area of the fence problem. The job was a bear to all the rocks in the yard only issue I had was the one gate not leveled and we had to do that on our own. It also did not make clearance when opened because of the slope of the property and we had to take care of that as well.
