They took care of my son from start to finish. 5 stars 💕
Worst hospital! None of the staff ever listen to the family. They know best and will not listen to anything you have to say. Wish Columbia had another children’s hospital. Sad when one hospital has a monopoly and you have no choice. Unfortunately had to deal with these extremely rude, arrogant nurses and doctors several times in the last two years. So this is not an isolated incident, happens each time.
My 2 year old had surgery yesterday and they were awesome! They took time to learn her and earn her trust. They called the waiting room once surgery began to tell me how she was doing. They let me be with her as she woke up and everyone was very polite. They called this morning to check on her and make sure we already had a follow up appointment. This was the very best hospital experience yet!
These people truly care about their patients . I was a patient myself in 2007.
My daughter has been in this hospital for 4 days and not once has anyone came in to clean her room. Trash not emptied, no clean towels or linens. Floor not swept. When they finally emptied the trash because it was overflowing, they dropped trash on the floor and didn't even pick it up. It stayed on the floor until we were discharged. A hospital should be a clean environment and this definitely was not. I know residents have to learn but some things are better done by a doctor that has years experience.
