RecommendedNot only did I used to work for Prisma Health, I had one of my children there and my family has also been treated there.
Fast care considering there is an ER. Staff understands children’s needs and stresses.
We had the worst experience we have ever had at an ER. We were there for 6 HOURS and was seen by the nurse and doctor ONE TIME. Was told nothing!!!! We finally just told them we were done and left.
The majority were all so excellent and patient. Thank you all!
Great people, physicians and staff. They are knowledgeable, caring and they focus on each patient as if they were their own family members
I would rate this hospital 0 out of 10. This is the worst hospital... truly negligent in ALL aspects of care and service. Appointments, documenting medical files, reading medical files, booking procedures, REVIEWING TEST/SCANS accurately, communicating amongst all parties within their hospital... doctors, nurses, other doctors as well as parents. They have NO consideration for your time and money as parent and overall just lack compassion to overall. If your child is a medically complex child this is NOT the hospital for you... read more
The people who work there truly care about your child as though the we're related to to them personally. They always make sure you understand exactly what is going on and that you are aware of anything taking place with your child young or older.
My daughter had a procedure done at this hospital. She had to do a dye ultrasound to check her bladder and kidneys. My daughter is two and did better then I expected. I was nervous, but the staff was so welcoming and nice. They did all they could to keep my daughter comfortable before and during the procedure. So thankful for everything they did for my daughter Katelynn. I would definitely recommend this hospital. Plus I loved the beautiful murals painted on the wall and how each level seemed to have a different animal theme... read more
My 15 year old had his first major surgery today and I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff at this place was absolutely AMAZING! They explained every step of the procedure and he was introduced to the entire staff that would be taking care of him before the operation. He knew exactly what to expect and the faces who’d be taking care of him post op. Helped with a lot of nerves for both parents and son.
