I loved the hospital so much we just left today. I'm a new mom to a one year old and he went in in Thursday night from Sumter with a staph infection and with in the matter of two hours he was already back in surgery m and within minutes he was antibiotics. His nurses were nice and so were the doctors and surgeons they actually took the time to sit and talk to me and calm me down. They even brought him toys because he wasn't able to play with the other baby's it was so sweet.
We had an amazing experience with Palmetto Children's. Great facilities, top-notch nursing staff and an extremely caring and thorough doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend Palmetto Children's Hospital to anyone!

My son received THE BEST care!!! The nurses, the doctors, everyone was so professional, attentive and friendly. Hopefully my son will not have to be hospitalized again, but if he does....Palmetto Health Children's Hospital is the place to be! �
This is an amazing hospital. I won't go anywhere else but here. The nursing staff was phenomenal. Amazing is the word that I can describe our entire visit. I would recommend this hospital to anyone that has children. The child life specialist are beyond great they made all of my kids feel comfortable and took my daughter's mind off of her surgery
They literally took 2 hours to give my daughter her milk I feel like she shouldn't have to wait . I also have to say these doctors says they can't tell me what's wrong with my child how when this is what u went to school for. This is ridiculous that this is the only children's hospital that's in Columbia sc so ready to go home.
