They took really good care of my grandson. I would recommend this hospital to all parents.
5 hour wait for a head injury!! Come on Children's Hospital... Y'all are better than this!! Get it together!!
They took two hours to get an x-ray of my daughters arm then we sat there another 2 1/2 hours. And nothing. People who came 2 and 3 hours us were being seen. Ask the nurse how much longer she about 2-3 hours. We left.
I took my daughter there because she had been running 102 to a 103 temperature off and on since Sunday and not eating or drinking much of anything they did a urine sample and checked her temperature a couple of times. When we got there her temp was 102.9 when we left it was 102.3. They gave her tylenol and basically sent her on her way ... I just feel they could have done more considering we were there from alittle before 8 till almost 3. My granddaughter Olivia Ward was that Palmetto this past week her blood couplets we're only 1000 when they should have been a hundred and fifty thousand people up there were extremely helpful they took extremely great care with my granddaughter they helped us every way possible I cannot tell you how thankful I am for them I will never forget them my granddaughter is home and happy we have to go back in about 3 weeks put them to check her but I want God to bless each and every one of them
