I cannot tell you how absolutely AMAZING the ppl in this hospital are. The most lovely, caring, supportive and uplifting ppl I have ever met!! Their knowledge is beyond measure!! I was treated in the Gamma Knife radiation center for trigeminal neuralgia and I could not have been treated by more caring ppl anywhere!! I am thrilled to say my horrific facial pain is completely gone with no lasting side effects!! Dr. Dial and his team absolutely SAVED MY LIFE. Thank you and may God richly bless you all �
We were seen in the pediatric ER and every single member of the staff that we came into contact with was exceptional from the clinical to support staff. The resident and supervising physician were attentive, thorough and efficient. The nurses were professional, warm and compassionate. The support staff was also very professional and and friendly. It's a very hectic place, but they do get the job done. I never had a problem. The ER was clean, bathrooms and the back room. So i think their doing pretty good considering the traffic in and out of that place.
They discharged my son stating just watch and see if he has another seizure but I think he just fell asleep or you gave him medication. Just watch him and let us know if this seizure activity happens again
We recently had an unexpected stay here with our 2 year old. Everyone and I mean everyone we came in contact with on the third floor was amazing! They were patient, compassionate and clearly cared about us. They went out of their way to make us feel at ease. Top notch care for sure. I was in awe as I watched everyone interact with the other patients and families. It takes a special little kind of person to be so caring and there is a whole floor full of them on the 3rd floor. Exceptional facility with extremely caring staff. My son has been to the ER twice this year, inpatient for several days, and had two outpatient procedures. I am very thankful to staff and consistently impressed. THANK YOU!
