I was prepared for a great experience with courteous professionals and I was NOT disappointed. I absolutely love Dr. Sharon Aldrich, and I can't name all the nurses but they are so kind and patient! The hospital is clean every time I go, and there's always someone around to help you if you're lost.
The best care ever. Everyone has been great. From the time I walked through the front door. I had knee replacement surgery, on yesterday.

Excellent access off I-26. Abundant parking (plus weather-sheltered rides, if needed). Hospitality from the front desk (even at 6 AM) to the Surgery Prep Waiting Area on the Second Floor. Staff and Volunteers go out of their way to provide caring service and information to the Family members, friends and pastors. Surgeons and/or medical staff come out to the waiting area to let them know the procedure is done rather drag them into a secluded area. Most are pleasantly surprised when the MD comes out in person. All the staff from the ER to the Nurses and Techs on the 4th floor are amazing. Super nice, very informative and helpful with anything and everything my visitors or I needed. Will always come back when I need an ER or recommend to anyone. Actually sitting in my room now hopefully for the last night!!!

Can't say enough about how great ALL the staff are do how clean the hospital is. Great care from the ER staff and the 4th floor staff. The food was good too. No complaints. Highly recommend this for anyone who needs medical services.
