I have been here for 9 days, had a malignant tumor removed. The care I have gotten from the nurses, tech's, room service, doctors etc. have been outstanding. From the time I was admitted in the ER, admitted to main hospital and after surgery care, it has been priceless. Very grateful that they continue to take good care of me!!!
I do not like hospitals at all! Park ridge was such a pleasant experience and they were quick with a friend's surgery he had to have. The facility was clean, even down to the elevators! The bathrooms were nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful! A lady walked around offering coffee to those in the waiting area. There was even a fresh pot waiting by the vending machine. When they first opened they we're fast and efficient Now they extremely slow
