You got three young ladies sitting here. One dozing off, another on her phone. No one is giving any updates as to how long we have to wait to see someone. My wife is suffering from abdominal pain and we don't know what's wrong, which is why we are here. This is so unprofessional of an institution who primary focus is the wellbeing of each and every individual. It's a shame that so many lose their lives to negligence, but all you have is what is in front of you and that's not good.
Timeliness is important. It's insane to show up 45 minutes early and STILL have to wait 20 more minutes PAST your scheduled appointment. I'm sending a bill for my time loss.
