Staff very courteous and professional..... everyone goes to great lengths to diagnose you and get you on track to being healthy again. Facilities are maintained in great condition. I love this hospital.

Late last night, we took our two year old into the emergency room for trouble breathing with a bad cough. Although it takes a while to be seen by the doctor, the staff (all nurses, patient access, and doctor) were absolutely amazing from the second we walked in. My son, who usually feels anxious in medical environments, felt so comfortable with the staff. They even gave him a little teddy bear for being so brave. I am beyond happy with the care we received last night. Thank you so much Parkridge!
I had an excellent experience at Parkridge on yesterday. I had two scheduled exams that were done timely, professionally and by pleasant, qualified technicians.

The Hospital alone should NOT be rated on the ER INTAKE EXPERIENCE!! The staff that meets you at the door is RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND NEED TO LEARN PEOPLE SKILLS. The HOSPITAL, DR.'s and Nursing staff behind the doors and beyond are awesome and go beyond their duties to make sure that you are comfortable along with the ones that accompany you in. I have walked out of the ER twice due to the staff intake at the ER and almost did it again tonight until the ER nurse took charge!
