Bob was great to work with! He did a walk through of the home with me after he completed the inspection, and he pointed out all of the things that were noteworthy. He is WETT certified, so it was nice to not have to get a second inspection for the wood stove. Hellllk sent me the WETT Certificate to me as soon as I requested it. Bob was prompt, professional and courteous. He came to certify our wood stove, that we installed. He answered all of our questions regarding the wett certification requirements and code. He was very helpful and I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
I have used Bob a few times now and have always been impressed. He is timely, responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. On top of that, his pricing is very reasonable.
Missed major, inexcusable structural and plumbing deficiencies when purchasing my home. Read the review by Christine Finn below, this wasn’t the first time. To make it worse when contacting him he avoids all responsibility as he does in the review below. The majority of these issues were encountered immediately after taking possession and yet it must be the time lapse? Positive experience before and during inspection, but I would have rather known about the foundation issues. Buyers beware.
