I had never been here before, and I also am not someone who gets a pedicure often, but I decided to go because I saw an ad for a $40.00 pedicure. When I walked in the door, they immediately escorted me to a chair to start. I tried asking what was all included for $40 but nobody could give me a straight answer. Helen was incredible, very attentive and experienced. Easy the best pedicure I ever had, Thank you Helen. Front desk lady was very friendly and I was greeted with a smile!!! Great service every time.
I generally have very good experience but it also depends on the tech you get. My nails are soft and fragile and I need someone gentle enough ... no rough treatment. This last visit she broke off my nail then proceeded to have me soak them up in acetone but I couldn't as it stings... again, usually all good, but the last time, total fail.
