RecommendedPrimo's is a wonderful all around. Everyone seems to enjoy working there as much as I love eating there. My family eats there or orders from there because of the specials. Out of the many times I've visited or ordered over the last few years, I've never been disappointed.
Amazing flavor and a great menu from an unsuspecting little Mexican joint just a few blocks from downtown Council Bluffs.

I tried food there for the first time last night. all the waitresses were kind and funny... why I don't recommend it is the food. I tried a beef chimichanga it was mostly rice , barley any meat. there queso on top was like watered down or something. and now I'm spending today sick. I'm sure I'm have food poisoning
Just left there, food was the best - service was excellent and atmosphere was perfect! Will be back!!
