They should tell you over the phone when you make your delivery that they already charge you for the tip! i am a good tipper but my god, they charged $5.00 and not knowing the did that, gave them additional $4.00. They ended up with a $9.00 delivery tip for a $15.00 order!! Sooo not cool Primos!! feel taken advantage of
The Carne Asada was stellar! Husband loved his bacon cheeseburger too! Had some confusion about delivery when I called to check on the order. The girl that answered the phone (Patty?) was so apologetic! I want her on my staff lol! She quickly made it right without hesitation! A++++ customer service skills from her! Thanks Primos Staff!
