Kennedy Place Apartments. Fantastic place to live, work and enjoy. Management is extremely responsive and caring. Facility is well maintained-- maintenance personnel are top notch. The "Near East" location in the Schenk-Atwood neighborhood- doesn't get much better than that. Restaurants, Barrymore Theatre, Willy St., Lake Monona, bike trails etc... all within easy walking distance. We are very pleased with our decision to move to this location.
I've lived in a lot of apartment buildings and rental properties. This is the only one that has "tenant appreciation breakfasts, cookies on holidays, or Christmas Parties. They stays in touch by email about building events, and encourage feedback! The building has always been clean, landscaped and feels safe.
