Kennedy Place Apartments. Fantastic place to live, work and enjoy. Management is extremely responsive and caring. Facility is well maintained-- maintenance personnel are top notch. The "Near East" location in the Schenk-Atwood neighborhood- doesn't get much better than that. Restaurants, Barrymore Theatre, Willy St., Lake Monona, bike trails etc... all within easy walking distance. We are very pleased with our decision to move to this location.

Our experience at PUP has been excellent thus far. We are hoping that we have made our last move. We moved here from AZ and handled everything by e-mail and phone. We rented sight unseen and we we're not in anyway disappointed. Location and the apartment itself has exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very helpful and kind and helpful. Thank you.
