It’s really frustrating as a patient getting so much push back from admin without even attempting to assist. I call to ask for medical records and I’m getting spoken over and told no before i can even finish my sentence. Like if I was able to get the information without going through admin don’t you think i would?? My APRN is amazing but the lady with the carribean accent that answers the phone needs better training.
My mom is 66, been at Hartford healthcare for 20 years, finally she’s shown attention and seen as often as she wants, literally the next day if needed. Thank you Dr.Rena
Tried calling to make an appointment and hung up. The guy was absolutely rude huffing and puffing. When all I was trying to do was make an appointment and was not rude.
