I have been a primary care patient at PrimeCare for three years. I had a specific medical test request recently that I was hoping they could order for me. I made a phone call ahead of time to make sure that they would be able to help me with this, as I didn’t want to spend a co-pay if it wasn’t something they could do. David Wood is very thorough and caring. They offer comprehensive cardiac care. The staff have been efficient and good with follow-through.
I've been going to this office for quite some time, but I will not be going to this office anymore. I'm not sure what happened to them or who they've decided to put in charge in front but they're the rudest people I've gotten hung up on. I've gotten told I will call you back repeatedly and never have gotten a call back. My mother went to PrimeCare for her primary care while battling cancer. The whole team was wonderful to her. She deeply appreciated the compassionate care she received from Dr. Kelsey and David Wood, the FNP-C. Highly recommend this practice.
