I've been going to this office for quite some time, but I will not be going to this office anymore. I'm not sure what happened to them or who they've decided to put in charge in front but they're the rudest people I've gotten hung up on. I've gotten told I will call you back repeatedly and never have gotten a call back. My mother went to PrimeCare for her primary care while battling cancer. The whole team was wonderful to her. She deeply appreciated the compassionate care she received from Dr. Kelsey and David Wood, the FNP-C. Highly recommend this practice.
