The staff, doctors and nurses are amazing and very caring!!
We have been coming to see Dr Robert Ford since my little girl was born in 2010. She actually loves coming to the Dr because they are all so nice and caring. We now have a 7 week old boy and we wouldn't want to go to anywhere else. We love Dr Ford and all of the staff. It's so nice to walk in and have him and his nurse Stacy known us and take their time to talk with us about what is going on. Y'all are awesome!!!
I love this office! I bring my daughter here and I will be bringing my second child. Jessica Ford is absolutely immaculate! The office is so cute, it's ocean themed. Each of the examination rooms have their own theme from children's books and movies. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The doctor sees us in a reasonable amount of time after arriving. I definitely recommend it.
I wish I could give this place a zeros.. brought my son in to be seen and they said he had a cold and then at 1am had to rush him to the ER bc his face was swollen and his eyes were swollen shut and he has pink eye. Wouldn't recommend this place for any baby. This is not the first time they had misdiagnosed my son!
Dr. Jill Waters has been treating all of my kids since my first was an infant. She is the best pediatrician I've ever come across! Both the Dr Ford's are also wonderful! I love that they have an after-hours and they take such good care of the kids! Thank you!
My daughter who will be 14 this year has been Dr Robert Ford's patient since she was 5. She is comfortable with him and is always expecting to get tickled. She still laughs even though she says she's too old for tickling. He has been able to help my family with resources when needed, coupons for medications, and he actually sits down and takes time to listen. Even though we just moved to Macon, we will still go see him in the Warner Robins because he isn't at the Macon office. The staff is really nice and great!
