FIX YOUR PHONES. Everyone in the office knows your phones are messed up, they mention it all the time, I have called 20 times this morning and the 3 times I was connected the call dropped. If I can't reach you to make an appt or for issues then I need to find another pediatrician. This is unacceptable.
If you want to pay your copay and go in and them tell you your daughter is fine but her fever is 103 and that she dont need meds just rest then this is the place to go. They dont care about your child just the money. Took her to another doctor today at lifeguard pediatrics for second opinion and they diagnosed her with strep throat and could not understand why primary pediatrics dropped the ball. RecommendedAt four weeks from my delivery date, we were informed that our current pediatrician would be leaving his current practice. After stressing to find a new pediatrician that had the same mannerisms and personality as our old one, we were suggested to use Dr. Boatwright. Today, we had our two day old appointment and let me just say, how incredibly amazing it was from the moment we walked in till we left!! I am so thankful for the staff here! While we were there for my son's 9 month check up and to get my sick daughter checked out my middle daughter fell and gashed her head. I found a nurse in the hall who immediately went to get another nurse to help get her cleaned up and check the wound. They were so gentle and caring while I was half freaking out. We love the staff at WR Primary Pediatrics. I have 2 children (one special needs) and they are always there for anything we need.
