I did not have good experiences here. Always Always a bad wait. Even when the lobby is empty I sat there for 30 minutes. Then my son was denied surgery he needed....then weeks later had to have emergency surgery that should have need done earlier. Then after showing up for his 15 month shots was told he wasn't scheduled and wouldn't be able to get in for weeks because he has to many patients for the "well check". Well night found a doc that will actually listen and see my child when he needs to be seen.
We are very pleased with the doctors in the Warner Robins location. However, the people handling the scheduling is HORRIBLE!!!! There have been numerous times where I have waited for my appointment for at 20 minutes in the waiting room. What really aggravates me, is when I tried to schedule an appointment, because my son was having an allergic reaction to some food. Great doctors, but expect to wait, waited an hour to be called back and another 30 minutes in the room with no doctor in site. Not sure when we will be seen. This isn't the first time this as happen as well. They have signs about making appts for your other children if you have a concern to discuss during your childs appt to save there time but doesn't worry about your time. Will make you wait for a well check all day.
Dr. Jessica Ford is a wonderful doctor! She not only talks to the parents but she makes the child feel special! A doctor that takes her time with each patient, is totally worth the wait! All the nurses and all the staff that I have seen , are very friendly and efficient!
