Posting here only because I cannot get through on the phone and there is nowhere else to leave a comment on this page. We have used PP for almost 10 years now. I have tried for two days to get an appointment for my son, however, when I call during business hours I get a long recorded message that eventually transfers me to the Macon office where I also get a very similar message. Really disappointed with this office. My kids have been going here for a few years now, and I've put up with many different things because we loved Dr. Waters. Unfortunately I cant even say I am happy with her anymore. My son has been sick for a week straight with extremely high fevers and all we get told is, "If it isn't better in 2 days, come back."
