Ken’s remodeling side of the business is amazing! We are trying to do our own bathroom remodel, but we didn’t feel comfortable installing the tub and plumbing. Ken, a seasoned and incredibly knowledgeable contractor gave us options to do the complicated work so we could do the rest. Working with him has been great! His work is top notch and we saved tons of money doing it this way. So happy we called Pride Plumbing in the midst of calling contractors and remodeling companies. Best decision I made since I married my husband!
People that owned the house before us drilled the Thermostat into the main waste line. Called Pride Plumbing and Eddie who was knowledgable about the best ways to fix, he came over the next day and fixed quickly. The price was reasonable and work done quickly and correctly.

Service was fast and professional. I was very pleased with the work of our plumber David V., and he was very personable as well.
I am very pleased with the warm and friendly service I received when Sam V. arrived at my home. He explained everything that would need to be done along with pricing and options that allowed me to get the most important things addressed now. Pride Plumbing's response time on a Sunday was amazing. The technician (Sam) was great and did a fantastic job. My only complaint is pricing. My total bill was close to $400 (which included a $90 service charge which I am fine with), the job had less than $15 in materials and took Sam just over an hour. So, I paid close to $300 in labor for a one hour job, which is extremely expensive.
Excellent service, Sam was great! Timely, professional, didn't try to up-sell, very knowledgeable. Called Sunday morning, showed up in a few hours, everything was taken care of. Go Bills!
