RecommendedBathroom tub was leaking from a corroded pipe that was many years old. Eddie came to the house and was able to explain the problem and how to fix it, Eddie also replaced the tub drain . Eddie was very respectful of our carpeting and continued to wear covers on his shoes. Very nice person.
Our hot water heater was leaking and we needed someone to come replace it. We called Pride Plumbing and they came a few hours later. David and Scott were very friendly and explained what needed to be done. They finished the job in a timely manner and laid down a tarp to avoid any mess when bringing the old hot water heater out. I would recommend Pride Plumbing to anyone in Rochester in need of plumbing services!

When my old water heater finally gave up and flooded my basement I knew the company to call. Eddie of Pride Plumbing responded quickly to my desperate call (on a Friday afternoon!)with a top-rated gas water heater and quickly installed a new one quickly. I called Pride Plumbing on 8/14/19 and much to my surprise was given a choice for a plumber to come out that afternoon or tomorrow morning! Mr. Ed Stoll called 30 minutes before his arrival. He immediately diagnosed the problem and patiently explained all my options for repair. Mr. Stoll was professional, kind and courteous. He did a fantastic job and I would not think twice about using Pride Plumbing again! Thank you for your service!

We had a leak in an old faucet that required extensive repair. Ed Stoll came out when promised and did a great job on the repair. He also did a house wide plumbing inspection and suggested some possible future repairs. Ed is an expert who is also very courteous and professional. We then had an outdoor faucet installed by David Valle who is senior plumbing technician with Pride Plumbing.
