I give them no stars! I had them come up put new gliders on my door. One week past my so called warranty my door came off the runner in the EXACT same place. When I call to have them come fix it surprise surprise it's going to cost me more money. I paid $150.00 dollars to fix it the first time. At Price's Doors, we honor our manufactures warranties and try and make it as seamless as possible for our customers to get those replaced and sent back without a waiting period. We also warranty any installation for 12 months, as this gives the homeowner plenty of time to identify and issues caused by moisture, foundations settling, etc. As your issue was outside of the installation warranty and ... read more
Garage problem's for several months now, just past our year mark, told we have to pay for the service call and part's a labor, or replace for $400+, now using a different company the install is less than $400, s Gephardt approved company. No one at Price's will give you the time of day much less a call back if you have any problems. If you go with Price's give me the money, I'll slap you with it and the experience will be less painful.
Very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.
