They are so amazing with my kids, we have been coming here for years and they have always been so personable, sweet, and accommodating. I definitely recommend them to everyone in north Dallas
I love Dr.Shah and his staff!! I used to hate going to dentist but now I hate canceling appointments! Just today I thought I would have to reschedule when my babysitter canceled last minute but Dr.Shah and his staff said to bring her in. They are always accommodating and my daughter stayed entertained my whole cleaning! When we moved I refused to change dentists and I'm glad i made that decison. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, always make us feel like home! Our 3 year old loves coming to the dentist! They are always on time and answer all our questions. We make the 30 minute drive after we moved to continue coming here.
Dr Shah is just amazing! I fell in love with his character and patients with my little one. The staff are highly professional and so friendly. Every visit we've had little to no wait time. I've recommended him to both family and friend. So far both my daughter and husband visit Preston Smiles along with 2 of my nieces and a nephew. Preston Smiles is the best dental office in Dallas.

I LOVE this place! There's never a wait, you get both the assistant & dentist full attention. Everyone is so friendly. I recently moved and have to drive pretty far for my visits but I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
