I "spur of the moment" found POC as i was out running errands. I've been meaning to get new glasses for 2 years. I didn't have an appointment; just walked in and they had availability that day for an exam. Talked me through my vision benefits and safely showed me different glasses styles. Dr. Ken was very professional and actually did testing I'd never had done to see if it would help my situation more. I have been getting my Family's eye checkup almost every year and seen many different Optometrists , I had very good experience in the past. But this time I would to say that I had a best experience and my wife also agrees to the same. The only reason we had a Good experience is because of Optician - Lora Rehm, She is so nice and patient that she spent ample time to help us choose the right frame for us. Personal service - not a big-box retailer! Dr. Rousselo has always been great working with us - over 15 years! You can always count on seeing the same doctor, and don't feel pushed to buy anything you don't want (vs. a big-box retailer). I can't recommend him highly enough!
